NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Neuro relates to your mind and thinking; Linguistic relates to the language you use and programming relates to how your thinking impacts the language you use about yourself.

Have you ever really stopped and noticed the inner conversation you have with yourself? The self-talk that arises out of the complicated relationship we have with our mind?

This shows up most frequently when we ‘try to change what we are thinking’. For example, you tell yourself you are happy, successful and healthy, but this isn’t how your life appears to be. Clearly something isn’t working as it should be.

Often these are unconscious beliefs and patterns of thinking that undermine the way we are trying to consciously ‘think’ our way through life.

However life is for you, is a result of the way your unconscious mind is interacting with the world around you. For example:

  • would you rather die than stand up and talk to a group of people?
  • do you spend money you don’t have or eat your way through a large bar of chocolate, only to feel guilty later on?
  • do you have a fear of spiders, heights, flying?

All of these are habits of unconscious thinking we have developed to cope with other, underlying feelings and emotions we may not even be aware of.

The aim of NLP is to give you a user manual for the brain; it’s a bit like becoming fluent in another language so that your unconscious finally understands what you really want out of life and helps you, rather than hinders you. NLP is a tool set you can carry around with you and it’s an attitude and methodology that helps you achieve goals and lead a more relaxed life.

In fact, NLP can be so powerful, sometimes all you need is a single session.

wherever you are right now in life doesn't have to be where you stay

What would you like to change?

Where would you like to be?

How would you like to feel?

If you are ready to be who you were always meant to be, now is the right time to take the next step ..
