Put simply, coaching is way of helping people improve their sense of well-being or performance. It focuses on what is true for the client in the present moment, rather than patterns of behaviour or circumstances that happened in the past.
The quotation, ‘give a man a fish feed him for a day, teach a man to fish feed him for a lifetime’ could have been invented to describe the coaching process. The aim is to help clients adopt new ways of approaching their attitudes, beliefs and thoughts about the situations they find themselves in. The coach becomes a facilitator to many different types of conversation, all focused on helping people to learn.
Good coaches believe that the individual always has the answer to their own problems but understands that they may need help to find the answer.
As a coach, my aim is to help you be the person you want to be, help you achieve your personal best and produce the results you want in your personal and professional life.
wherever you are right now in life doesn't have to be where you stay
What would you like to change?
Where would you like to be?
How would you like to feel?
